2020年11月23日，2020年伦敦设计奖LONDON DESIGN AWARDS公布获奖名单，
都易设计选送的嘉兴·万科·城市之光、无锡·万科·北门塘上荣获精选奖。
伦敦设计大奖是伦敦设计节的重要组成部分，是英国设计界最具影响力的荣誉之一。
奖项涵盖建筑、室内、平面、产品等四十多个专业类别，参与者遍布三个大洲，旨在表彰国际设计领域为行业做出巨大贡献的设计师个人或者团体，鼓励创新，推动市场繁荣发展。
往期获得过该奖项的设计师包括：彼得·萨维尔、马克·纽森、保罗·史密斯、扎哈·哈迪德、托马斯·赫斯维克、罗恩·阿拉德，以及罗南和埃尔文兄弟等。

1、东侧中央轴线：宏观尺度
出于西侧布局高层建筑的限制，整个社区最主要的中央轴线被配置在东侧两组小高层洋房建筑之间，沿南北展开，在每个组团四座单体建筑的交汇处，均配置了空间景观节点。轴线的最北段以一座20层的高层塔楼坐拥端点，成为中央轴线的制高点。
Inheriting metropolitan style, the spatial order of the project is further interpreted on three different scales:
The east central axis: macro scale
Restricted by high-rise buildings on the west side, the most prominent central axis of the entire community is allocated between two arrays of small high-rise foreign style buildings and stretches along the north-south direction. Landscape nodes are settled at the intersection of four single buildings in each group. The 20-story high-rise tower at the northernmost end crowns the commanding height of the central axis.
2、西北角示范区：中观尺度
整个地块的示范区位居西北一角，其目的是与城市形成更好的对话关系，并在有限的区域边界内加强都会风格特有的强烈秩序感。示范区的会所建筑与其后的两座高层塔楼被巧妙的组织在一起，形成前场与后场的层次关系。建筑群在东西和南北两个正交方向上形成清晰的轴线，得以形成丰富的空间节点和路径。建筑的色彩沉稳有力，古典气质的入口广场与四面围合的中央庭院形成空间上的递进关系，让到访者感受到都会风格的尊贵格局。
Northwest demonstration area: meso scale
The reason that the demonstration area is located at the northwest corner is to better establish a dialogue with the city and to strengthen a strong sense of order unique to the metropolitan style within the constrained boundaries. The club building in the demonstration area is subtly organized and connected to the two high-rise tower buildings behind it, producing hierarchical relationship between the front and back courts. A wealth of spatial nodes and circulation routes are created by the clear presence of axes that are taken shape by architectural complexes in the orthogonal east-west and south-north directions. In addition, the color palette adds a calm and decent touch to the buildings. The classical entrance square and the enclosed central courtyard together generate a progressive spatial relationship, and present visitors the nobility and urbanity of the metropolitan-style spatial pattern.
3、南侧合院别墅：微观尺度
与市面上常见的合院别墅不同，嘉兴万科城市之光的合院区域除了保证各个户型自有的私密性之外，在彼此连接的到访空间上，也形成了与都会风格宏观轴线相呼应的微型格局。例如S型院落之间嵌套的南北小径，犹如古代江南市集的巷道空间，四面通达，纵横有序，在步行尺度的适宜之中，又能够形成环环相扣的景观节点，将都会风格从宏观引向末梢。
Courtyard villas on the south: micro scale
Different from conventional courtyard villas, courtyards in this project not only guarantee the privacy of each unit but also constitute a micro layout corresponding to the metropolitan-style macro axis through the visiting spaces connected. For example, the north-south trails nested between S-shaped courtyards resemble alleys of ancient markets in southern China that are open on all sides and organized in order, which interlock with landscape nodes within an appropriate walking scale, interpreting the metropolitan style perfectly from a micro scale.
无锡·万科·北门塘上
北门塘上具有恰如江南文人般的含蓄和精致, 虽然装饰线条被几近严苛地控制在“都会”建筑语言范畴之内，人们依然可以从第一眼就辨识出，这是一个属于江南、并且只属于江南的人文社区。
万科最高端的TOP系都市住宅产品，表达着建筑语言与城市土地和谐共生的开发态度；都易凭借精心雕琢的江南都会风格；为现代空间注入凝练唯美的东方古典情韵。

创造与城市的紧密关联，将社区还给城市，是都易在设计中的创新理念。尽管限制重重，都易设计的两个核心思路从规划布局到示范区却从未改变：其一，创造示范区与城市的紧密关联性；其二，让示范区承载案名，承载中国江南传统文化的创新表达。
让示范区不仅可“观赏”，更可以“使用”——北门塘上的示范区将兼具文化中心和健康服务等功能，并且能够成为社区与城市连接的重要节点。

Let the demonstration area not only be "seen", but also "used" -- the demonstration area on Beimantang will have functions such as cultural center and health service, and can become an important node connecting the community and the city.
